Don't waste your money!!
Roger the "host" was kind enough to charge me and another one of our buddies 196$ per night while we slept on our respective boats the first night because he overbooked rooms. Don't for a second think he didn't charge us 5$ per bucket of ice while we SLEPT ON OUR BOAT. He also basically accused my father, uncle, brother and myself of stealing some crappy fillet knives on the first day of our arrival. The chef was splendid and deserves our gratitude as she did all she could to make us comfortable with what Roger gave her to work with.
The sheets were "haired up" for us upon arrival, we had ice water to drink for basically the entire stay instead of the "complementary wine" with dinner, and Roger catered to a couple "high dollar" clients the entire trip while the other lowly 196$ a night customers were treated like crap. I will never spend ANOTHER NICKEL at this lodge as long as Roger is there. I have never been so insulted by someone in my life, let alone someone I paid good money to ensure a good time.
Myself and numerous others from our fishing party will not be back.
